OVP is on the NFL Draft Clock

by Dominic Orlando

OVP did some NFL scouting this off season. We have our own draft board too. That’s right. The 2018 NFL Draft may be in Arlington, TX starting Thursday, April 26, but if you’re a fan of the draft, you know there are reporters all over the country covering every move teams make.

As I prepare for my 14th NFL Draft, I need to know where all my OVP Crews will be headed and what equipment we need to provide the best service for our clients. With all seven rounds of this year’s draft airing live on broadcast TV for the first time, there will be many stories to tell. We need to be ready for everything.

The Giants and Jets pick second and third respectively, a lot of eyes will be on the garden state. We scouted possible live shot locations at each team’s facilities to determine the best locations for our work with ESPN and NFL Network.  We will be with Kim Jones at the Giants and Mike Garafolo at Jets. We’ve spent countless days with both reporters. We anticipate their every move.

Earlier this year we were at Penn State with running back Saquon Barkley. Could he be the Giants first pick? Big Blue might look to replace JPP or take a QB right out of the gate. Exciting stuff.

The J-E-T-S have six picks this draft. Maybe they’ll take Josh Rosen, who knows? We’re not the experts here. But, we were with Baker Mayfield the morning after he won the Heisman. Just saying.

We’ve got Philly covered too. Last time we were with the Eagles, they were parading around town with their Super Bowl trophy. This time they’ll be focused on selecting six new players.

The excitement is building for OVP Crews and football fans across the nation.
